Who are we?

Planning a wedding? Hosting a corporate event? Celebrating a milestone event? Or maybe planning a Prom? Perfect! We have a collective of eclectic and fun DJs and photo booth rentals for any event! With over 10 years in the industry, we have provided countless couples and events with 5 star rated entertainment! 

We also own the Pittsburgh Event Group, however my wife, son, and I just moved to the beautiful Ohio valley! So we wanted to plant our roots in our new home and celebrate with our new neighbors! We work with some of the area’s best DJs and even provide entertainment to popular venues like Tequila Cowboy, Little Red Corvette, and Wannabes Karaoke Room!

With our Experience we bring an energetic and elegant performance to your wedding, we bring a night club inspired atmosphere to your school event and a tailored experience to your corporate event. With years of experience, we have perfected height creative and adaptive to make each event unique and memorable. 

Weddings

A wedding has a few key areas of detail. Ceremony, Cocktail, and reception. We have the perfect set up for all 3. We can run a fully battery powered ceremony and cocktail system to adapt to some of the beautiful Ohio Valley remote areas that may not have electric for your ceremony! We also have the perfect system for a reception of any size! We offer the full package with lights, sound, and wireless mics. We also have intelligent lighting like a nightclub would use for a more energetic atmosphere, as well as uplighting to transform the space for you!

Schools & Universities

Some of the best moments of a school year are the celebrations like a Homecoming or Prom! We have DJs who specialize in school events and the system to go with it as well! We can do a minimal setup for small events or utilize the uplights and nightclub lighting to bring the energy! Another popular option is a school Spotify playlist that we can integrate into our online planning system! 

Events

From corporate, to sweet 16, to bbq we go over your vision for the event and tailor the package to you. We have all of the aforementioned availabilities. It can be a laid-back work mingle or a full-out MTV featured sweet 16 we are adaptable and create the perfect experience for you and your guests.

How we do it?

We start tailoring the event to you from the initial contact until after the last song has played. We find out your vision for the event, the style you’re going for, we go over room enhancements like uplighting and intelligent dance lighting, and our online planner helps you take care of the rest! We have curated playlists to help you plan your event as well if you are drawing a blank on a specific song need! Our online planner handles everything from the music, bridal party/announcements, to the timeline to make sure the event goes perfect for you! 

At the event the Dj/entertainer will handle all announcements (unless discussed), help coordinate the timeline with the fellow vendors (we don’t play the first dance till the photographer is ready), and then we get people on the dancefloor and the night going! Our DJs all have a nightclub background so do real mixing, this is utilizing beat mixing and tasteful scratching to transition the songs and keep the energy going all night!

Hiring a dj can be stressful, there are a ton of options and things to consider!

A few tips when hiring a dj are: 

1. Establish a vision for your big day!
Example: No two weddings should be the same. 3 of our  djs are marrried, 1 got married locally and had a full wedding reception with the regular guest list, dancefloor, and experince. 1 got married 10 hours away at a beach with a more subtle and intimate experience, and 1 got married on a quick trip home at the court house while on tour in Afghanistan. All 3 had different visions and were planned accordingly.

2. Set a budget based off. your desired vision.
Example: Not all djs offer the same experience, lets use a vehicle as relatable example. A 1980s truck with a rusty bed, questionable starter and a the same cassette stuck in the radio are not the same as a brand new feature packed truck thats. mint with the latest technology , built in massagers, and full streaming services.

3. Establish a budget and plan accoringly. 
Example: come up with the final number you want to spend, the n prioritize. My personal break down was venue, photographer, dj, food, extras. We spent a majority of our budget on our venue. After that was a quality photographer. Arguably the most important as this is where the memories are saved. 

We prioritized djs 3rd since the dj sets the tone and establishes the night. Its the perfect mix of make the night or break the night. if nobody dances, the photographer doesnt get the shots and we all sit around. if the nigh epic… then.. lets party. Food is awkwardly normally ranked to high on peoples list.. My rule of thumb is if your not going top of the line…just get food that doesnt suck. nobody will remember good food, theyu only will remember if they didnt like it. so dont over think this.
